Incontinence Supplies

Requirements

  • Requests for consumables must be communicated in person or over the phone
  • A current ID for client and responsible party is required for the consumables program. One of those two must be a LaPorte County resident.
  • There are no income restrictions or charges for the consumables
  • Incontinence supplies are intended to supplement a client’s personal supply 
  • 2 packages of adult disposable briefs (pull-ups or tabs) per month.
  • 3 packages of disposable bed liners are given per month
  • You may pick up incontinence supplies any time of each month
